Woman Adopts Puppy No One Wanted, Then Learns She Can Spell!

We all know dogs are incredibly loyal, but who knew they were so smart too?

One day, a PetCo employee found a puppy behind the store, and fostered her until she could find a forever home.

But the pup, named Penny Loggins, kept getting bounced around from home to home until she found Leonora Anzaldua.

However, Leonora learned Penny was incredibly smart—she probably didn’t have enough mental stimulation in her previous homes, so she ended up being destructive.

Leonora started teaching her tricks and she picked up on them quickly—including learning how to spell her name.
