Three-year-old Kensley Penney went with her mother to visit Santa, and as soon as she sat down on his lap, she reassured him she had been a good girl all year.

Then she asked him for a very special present.

Her father had been deployed to Afghanistan months ago, and all she wanted was to spend Christmas with him.

Little did she know her wish was about to come true.
