Blind Couple Experiences Baby Ultrasound Through 3D Printed Model

Ana Paula and Alvaro are a happy couple from Brazil. They’re both also completely blind.
 
It wasn’t too long after their marriage that they found out they were pregnant. While they were happy, they were nervous about not being able to see their ultrasound and bond with the fetus.
 
Thanks to the miracle of modern technology and some caring doctors, their problem was fixed.
 
The hospital began 3D printing copies of the ultrasounds so they could feel and touch the replica of their little one. It was provided free of charge.
